Quality Control

In order to maintain the highest quality output, we follow an audit system based on AAMT recommendations. We monitor daily log sheets for each employee. The quality control team takes immediate steps to improve or alter the any work done.

Internal Workflow Management

To manage transcription work we employ a 3-tier system of document production. Files are processed by Transcribers, sent to Editors, and are finally assessed by Quality Controllers. This 3-tier system results in excellent accuracy of all our transcribed documents. Maksym uses a self-developed workflow management system to schedule and monitor work progress. This workflow system was developed by our software team.
